Ethics: Conducted alongside the Vision seminar, this session underscores the importance of integrity, the key dynamics of communication, and the execution of P.A.C.E. It highlights the necessity of an extreme ownership mentality and guides you on navigating through life’s drama triangles.
Vision: Paired with the Ethics seminar, this session educates on the difference between living with a vision and living in an illusion. By its end, you will grasp the necessity of visions and learn to combat the various vision vampires you’ll encounter on your path to
becoming an effective leader.
Attitude: This seminar covers the development of attitudes over time, how your attitude should be, and the importance of knowing that your attitude is a choice. It also teaches how to anticipate, welcome, and maximize change. Furthermore, it addresses psycho- sclerosis, or the hardening of attitudes, and provides strategies to eradicate this destructive mindset from your culture.
Temperaments: No two people are alike! This seminar teaches you how to communicate effectively with your colleagues by recognizing and appreciating their temperaments. It also emphasizes self-awareness through understanding your own temperament.

The participant will speak one hour a week with their coach for up to 90 days. The participant will be given a strategic plan for success after completing several detailed assessments and completing a Personal Identity Audit.

I was fortunate to meet Curtis Carr at a young age. As a high school senior, I participated in his leadership trainings through my part time job. Curtis was able to quickly recognize in individual employees exactly what motivated them and the most effective way to develop, train, empower, and promote them to become leaders within the organization. The work that Curtis did with us helped to identify our talents, work preferences and motivations and build a team that loved work.
