For those who are serious and committed to going to the next level must be dedicated to a 1 hour phone call with Curtis. During this 1 hour session, we will map out a 90 day strategy but 4 weeks at a time. We will meet weekly for 1 hour weekly to celebrate wins and course correct if necessary.

We usually work with 15-25 people over 9-10 hours (it can be stretched over multiple days) and we do a deep dive into how to effectively lead teams.
